George Crocker is the founder and chief Strategy Consultant of Brickyard Associates, based in Boston.

With a career in strategy consulting across multiple industries—including food, consumer products, and financial services—he specializes in creating growth strategies by combining market analytics, customer research, intelligent framing of issues and choices, and facilitation of dialogue.

Trained in strategy consulting at Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), he rose from Consultant to Vice President (Partner Candidate) during his nine-year tenure. He lived in China and served clients across Asian markets, focusing on sales and marketing growth strategies across multiple industries.

He has also served as CEO for a $400 million diversified packaged food company in Australia and New Zealand and as General Manager & EVP of a privately held health supplements company in the US. He has been a Director of multiple companies in the food, salt, coffee, and beverage sectors.

He holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and is fluent in French and Mandarin Chinese.
